This is my new crafting blog, which will focus mostly on embroidery, although there will perhaps be some other types of crafts popping up along the way.
Thanks to the hubbers for the great blog name — if it makes you snicker, as it did us, then you likely have a very good idea where the name came from ;-) .
I’m working on a personalized banner (EDITED: the water lily that is now my banner is a photo taken by the hubbers — how lucky am I to be married to such a wonderful nature photographer?!?!), and am still figuring out how to embed pictures with text in the way that I want, so bear with me while I tinker around!!
Below are some of my most recent embroidery projects. For more pictures of these projects, as well as pictures of my non-embroidery projects, check out my Flickr photostream.

Nice stuff! I love the way you personalize things to people’s personalities. I especially like Nancy’s Cardinal, very cute and perfect for her.
Thanks, Ali =) I haven’t stitched hardly anything for myself and am hoping to do more of that after the holidays, but I’ll admit it is lots of fun to stitch for other people — it pushes me to try designs and techniques I very likely wouldn’t try otherwise.
It all looks fantastic! I will add this blog to my list next time I get around to changing my stuff.
I need to get my Christmas order in soon. I know you’ve been stitching a lot but wow.. Being able to see all of your work in place is great! Great stuff babe!!
Julia, that’d be great!! I’ll take all the links I can get ;-)
Rodney: hey hubbers! That’s actually not everything I’ve stitched this year; I just didn’t want to overload the post with pictures. My flickr photostream has pics of the other embroidery projects, plus the handful of non-embroidery projects.
